In order to maintain the integrity of your Lungsin products, we advise the following precautions:
- Ensure your Lungsin products are kept in a dry environment when not in use
- Avoid over-exposure to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of heat
- Ensure that you store your Lungsin products in a cool, dry place inside the protective dust bag designed for this purpose
- Try not to let your Lungsin products rub against other objects as this may lead to colour migration.
- Protect from direct sunlight, rain or perspiration, keep in good condition wipe with soft cloth and store lovingly.
The textile of your Lungsin product is made by traditional weavers, all piece are therefore unique and can slightly vary in tone and finish. Some imperfections can show, inherent to weaver production - process.
Please be aware that lighter-colored materials are more prone to stains and soiling. Textile should be cleaned carefully using a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth
Leather is a natural material that needs to be handled with care; different leathers will require care that is specifically tailored to their particular leather type. Over time you may see creasing or colour changes, all of which are natural features of leather. If leather is consistently exposed to harsh light, the product may experience some fading so we recommend that you store your product in its protective dust bag.
Metallic finishes are delicate and may wear a little when worn with dark fabrics or in wet conditions.
Over time some exotic skins may crease or the scales may lift slightly. These are all natural features of these luxurious skins. Colour irregularities are unique to every product but colour may transfer onto upholstery or clothing.
Hardware is The metal pieces – plates, clasps, locks, studs, buckles, etc. They are usually made of brass, iron and aluminum aloy. The hardware of your Lungsin products are of excellent quality and will develop a patina over time
We offer a comprehensive repair service for all Lungsin products. Though we may not be able to repair everything, we would be delighted to assess any damage and advise you accordingly. We do not offer guarantees for any of our products.
A complimentary repair service for 12 months after purchase, and up to 24 months after purchase for an agreed quote.
If you have an item that requires a repair, then please email our customer services email@example.com including detailed images of the damaged area and a valid proof of purchase. Our team will then assess the item and advise accordingly
Repairs can take 6 - 8 weeks, but we will try our best to get your products back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not cover any of the shipping costs incurred when sending your item to our repairs workshop.
