REFUND POLICY

Exchange

Your order will be accepted for exchange if returned in original condition (undamaged and unused) and packaging, within five(5) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.

You may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value.

In this case, it is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned, and to return the goods by a registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. The cost of returning the goods, including shipping and insurance, shall be borne by you. We will not be responsible for items returned to lungsin.com which are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.                

If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.

Cancellations

In exceptional circumstances we may unintentionally publish inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product that you have ordered). In such instances we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we dispatch your order, even if you have received your Order Confirmation email. In the unlikely event this happens you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.
