Product Details

Lungsin Products are subject to availability. We endeavour to ensure our stock systems are accurate at all times, but if on the rare occasion an lungsin  Product is found to be out of stock at the time we pick your order, we will notify you, and you will be immediately refunded.

At lungsin, we endeavour to display the true colours of Lungsin Products as accurately as we reasonably can.  However, we cannot guarantee that the colour of a Lungsin Product as delivered will replicate how it appeared to you on-screen; in part, this is dependent upon your computer’s display monitor, and how you perceive colour.

All sizes and measurements concerning Lungsin Products are as accurate as we can reasonably make them.

We continually update the lungsin site, and regularly have offers and promotions which are not available in our other stockists.

  

Orders

We reserve the right to decline to fulfil orders for any reason, including a Lungsin Product which has been mis-published, such as its price or specification. 

Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you.

  

Delivery

International Delivery

You are  responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

Exchange

Your order will be accepted for exchange if returned in original condition (undamaged and unused)  and packaging, within five(5) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.

You may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value.

In this case, it is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned, and to return the goods by a registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. The cost of returning the goods, including shipping and insurance, shall be borne by you.  We will not be responsible for items returned to lungsin.com which are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.                              

If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.

 

Cancellations

In exceptional circumstances we may unintentionally publish inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product that you have ordered). In such instances we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we dispatch your order, even if you have received your Order Confirmation email. In the unlikely event this happens you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.

 

Payments

The Payments are processed at the time of ordering are process by payment services provider midtrans; however, we only process orders which have then been screened and accepted by midtrans

Note also that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  If the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not process the order.

Your full card details are not recorded or stored in our database. we collect only the final four numbers of your credit or debit card along with the expiry date and cardholder name to enable you to select that card when making future purchases. They are encrypted and are transferred securely to our payment  service provider, midtrans  for immediate authorization. Once we have received authorization from the payment service provider we will confirm your order.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Lungsin site and Lungsin Products are owned by, or exclusively licensed to, us.

No-one may copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the Lungsin site, an Lungsin Product or any of the material which is found on the Lungsin site without the explicit written permission of the company.
